Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

You will NOT use MunshAI to:

  • Commit, facilitate, or attempt fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, bribery, or other financial crimes
  • Falsify financial records or generate misleading reports for regulators, lenders, investors, auditors, or tax authorities
  • Process funds, transactions, or data that you do not have legal right to process
  • Engage in activities prohibited under Indian law, including without limitation: terrorism financing, hawala, illegal gambling, illegal arms trade, narcotics
  • Store, process, or share personal data of third parties without their lawful consent
  • Attempt to access, probe, or scan vulnerabilities of our systems or other users’ workspaces
  • Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to circumvent role-based access controls, privacy flags, or any security mechanism
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service at a rate that degrades performance
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or AI model weights of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, white-label, or repackage the Service without our prior written agreement
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including Trenx Digital staff
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages of any kind
  • Misrepresent your identity, business, or relationship to the data you enter

You agree to:

  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them
  • Use roles and permissions responsibly when inviting others to your workspace
  • Promptly report suspected security issues to security@munshai.com
  • Respond to compliance enquiries from us within a reasonable time

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Investigate suspected violations
  • Suspend access to features or the entire account
  • Remove or disable content
  • Cooperate with law enforcement where required
  • Terminate the account permanently with no refund

We reserve the right to update this AUP at any time. Material updates will be communicated to active users.

Reporting Violations

If you believe another user is violating this AUP, email abuse@munshai.com with as much detail as you can share. We treat all reports confidentially.
